The developer of Verdant Hill is LLT Developments. LLT is committed to improving quality of life through the creation of considered and vibrant master-planned communities.
Prior to settlement, it is a good idea to select your builder and home design. Once you have settled on your lot you can then begin building!
If rubbish has been dumped on your lot prior to settlement, please contact the team from the Verdant Hill Sales Office. Email verdanthill@coreprojects.com.au OR call 1300 837 226.
