for the foreseeable future.
Customer Service
Customer Service is available seven days a week via phone and online, so while the Civic Centre might be closed, we’re still here for you. Operating hours from Monday to Friday are 8am to 7pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 4pm.

Libraries
Our full 24/7 online library is proving popular with residents while our libraries are closed. This service includes e-books, e-magazines, e-audio books, movie streaming and children’s educational games
Animal Management
Wyndham City Pound will remain open from 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday, however visits to the pound are by appointment only, so please phone 9742 0958 to visit.
Waste Collection / Municipal tip
Rubbish collection service continues as normal. The municipal tip is now closed to residents. Commercial users are permitted. Hard waste collection is available. To book a hard waste collection, visit www.wyndham.vic.gov.au or phone 9742 0777.
Sporting reserves
Wyndham sporting reserves can currently only be used for exercise with up to two people, such as running or walking. Please maintain at least 1.5 metres between you and other people if exercising.
Playgrounds, parks, picnic areas
and skate parks
New rules are now in place for the use of playgrounds, skate parks, basketball courts, kickabout spaces, and barbecue facilities. These spaces can still be used for walking through, or for exercise with up to two people – but use of actual equipment is not permitted.
