Progress continues across the community as we move closer to bringing Stage 17 to life.
Stage 17 Civil Works:
- Topsoiling is progressing
- Asphalt base course is complete, with the wearing course and line marking to follow
- Water and sewerage testing are underway
- Electrical audit is commencing
- Anticipated Practical Completion: October 2025
- Titles Expected Q1 2026
