What’s Changing?
- Unlimited places – no cap on the number of buyers
- No income caps – higher income earners are now eligible
- Higher property price caps – reflecting today’s market
- Simpler regional access – all buyers included under the First Home Guarantee
The Scheme is available through 30+ participating lenders across Australia, including customer-owned, regional, and major banks.
How to Apply After 1 October 2025:
- Check your eligibility with the new online tool (coming soon)
- Review the updated property price caps for your area
- Contact a participating lender and start your application
